How to place an order?
Choose the model you want. We offer different search options:
Rapid selection of models according to your criteria: Type the keywords of your search (color, size, price etc ...) Or use the numerous filters placed at your disposal.
Visit the universes according to your tastes and discover the brands that go with your style.
Choose your favorite brand: discover the "trend" of the moment in the space dedicated to each brand models.
Discover the best sales in our online store. Your choice is made? Choose your size on the sheet article model and "added" to your cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on "order" and be guided through the four stages of the ordering process:
Delivery information: See the summary of your order and delivery address.
Payment Information: Choose the mode of payment and delivery and billing address. Leave your comment.
Confirm: Enter the data for payment.
End: Make ended process. You will receive an email with the order number and the summary.
When do you know if my order has been properly done?
After submitting your order online, we send you a confirmation email with your order number. Follow at all times the state is from the "My Orders" section within your client account Spartoo.es. You confirm by email the different stages of sending your order.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we send a link to track it.
Click on the link to access the page the carrier so we can know what state is your shipment and will be delivered.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
Packages sent by us have a code to keep track. We send an email with a link when you leave your order to allow you to track it. The first step to have information on the delivery, is to inform through this link sent by email.
- If your package is in the process of delivery deadline communicated: we ask you to wait until the delivery of your package. If your package is in office, in the case of delivery with the Post Office, you have to scroll to collect your package.
- If the status of your package is not included in the delivery process or if we are outside the maximum guaranteed, please contact us.
How to find my email and password?
If you forget the password that lets you log in, click on "My Account", located at the top of the home page, to the right, then click on "Forgot password?". A new will be automatically sent to your email address.
Can I keep my shopping a visit to another?
Have you made your choice and do not want even validate your purchase? No problem! If the product is still available, you will find your basket and selected items during your next visit.
How do you know if the item I like is available?
The products presented in our shop correspond to our stock. However, it may happen that the model you want is in stock break in your size. We propose only the sizes available.

Is the online payment secure?
Make your purchases securely in our online shop with the guarantee of maximum safety! Our online store puts all his attention on security issues relating to online payments. What are the chances to return my order?
The following information applies to all products except the "partner products."
"Products partner" have their own delivery and return conditions (specified in more details).
All items purchased in our online shop are subject to exchange or refund. The deadline for applying for an exchange or refund is 30 days from receipt of order. The return of the item or items should be imperatively as follows:
- Articles must not have been never used outside. The product must be new.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (not worn shoes box) and in a properly locked box.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt of order.
- It is important to follow the return process, in which the promera stage is to make a return request from the customer account.
